"Horrible location No reception staff"

"What a gem of a hotel, restaurant and everything about the greater property. It was the perfect spot for me and I will definitely be back!"

"For my wife and I everything was perfect."

"Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!"

"Beautiful property, near pristine condition with tons of convenient amenities. Every night we enjoyed dinner in the complex and people watched while the kids played. Despite all the activities in the complex, including late night shows, the rooms were very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep and slept super soundly. The *only* confusing bits were check-in (just go to the Radisson), and the light controls… but those are very minor inconveniences. HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely stay again if...

"Trevligt bemötande och rent o fräscht! Glöm inte att meddela om ni kommer med bil."

"Rummelig lejlighed praktisk beliggenhed."

"We highly recommend, great spot, cleanest place we ever stayed in. Michelle was helpful and very welcoming. Thank you!"
