"Good breakfast, great choice of food , clean hotel, friendly staff, let down by cramped bedroom in roof and bed which offered little or no support, cheap square pillows . The room was supposed to be “charming” , there was nothing charming about this room. As it was in the eaves/ roof it got very warm , air con unit too noisy to leave on whilst sleeping ! Room 725"

"This was our second stay at this hotel and it was every bit was good as our last stay. Staff is warm and welcoming, the hotel is located in the absolute heart of Bruges but is still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast buffet is incredible and even when it was very busy due to a large tour group, it remained well-stocked and constantly replenished. The bar is a great place to grab a drink after a long day of sightseeing. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!"

"Wide variety for breakfast. Even making your own fresh waffles. Car park underground practically underneath. Is a public car park but has plenty of room and plenty of electric charging points. Hotel central to Brugge but very quiet. Carrefor minishop opposite. "

"The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are spacious and equipped.prices at the bar are reasonable and Jay makes neat drinks and, is friendly.while the parking is tight and underground it works. We truly enjoyed our stay. This is the real deal!"
