"We were able to check in early, they even upgrade our room to a suite, which was beautiful with the balconies looking out. They were so nice and accomidating with everything, they even took our butter from France and froze it for us until we checked out! The room was great, clean and so much space. "We were wonderfully welcomed as if we were celebrity. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Room is clean and spacious with very clean bathroom and excellent shower. Breakfast is great in a cosy room with tasty food. The staff were excellent and helpful. Nicole treated us with lots of love and kindness . Overall an excellent experience for us. "We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc. We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. "The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff."
