"This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. The house was musty the sofa was grimy and smelly , not even a bottle of water was in the...

"Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc. In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there...

"The caretaker of the property, Mr. Chris was wonderful. He was so helpful. I really appreciate how he allowed me to use his phone when beach water got into mine lol. He made my birthday so special with the delicious meal he made for me. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. I will definitely book this cottage again when I come back for another visit to Jamaica."

"Almost every day the security gave myself my guests and my drivers issues they couldnt figure out a system where everyone was on the same page"

"It was only a short stay this time 3 nights. Property was clean. Chris the caretaker is very friendly and always about to assist. If I have one fault is there’s not enough cooking pots, cutlery etc, sharp knives. But that’s all a minor. Access to the property is good. I’d suggest hiring a car if you’re staying here as you will need if you want independence. Standard Taxis at the top road are available to take you in to town for 200JD. Remember to bring cleaning bits as the property is not...

"Staying at this property in Runaway Bay was more than just a getaway – it was an experience filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. Nastacia, her mom, Mr. Keith, and Ms. Evelyn were incredible. They went out of their way to make me feel at home, comfortable, and, most importantly, safe. Their kindness and attention meant so much to me, and I truly felt like I was part of their family. The property itself is stunning – modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every amenity you...
