"Everything was great. Could use a new couch"

"House was spacious and clean. All 3 bedrooms were huge. The area has easy access to the highway and close to many shops and restaurants. The house is in a nice quiet area with no traffic. Everyone enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this property and owner."

"The house was clean, cozy, and inviting. The hosts Renee and Jeremy had everything labeled with clear instructions, so that we didn’t have to guess as to where things were in the home. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This home will be our go to when we go back to NCAT to visit our grand, it was very close to the college and located in a very quiet neighborhood!"

"Spot-on location if you want to explore Greensboro but enjoy some distance from noise."

"The listing was very accurate! Great place to stay in Greensboro."

"The hotel is fairly new so the property is well kept. The entire staff I came in contact with was very helpful and attentive. Location is ideal, walking distance to a Top Golf and entertainment facility for kids and adults in the evening and very close to the highway. My only one complaint is that the hotel does not provide a pot or pan for cooking on the electric range. I was there for a little over a week and that would've been very helpful. I did appreciate the microwave and apartment size...

"It’s an old cottage with a lot of character. My dogs were comfortable, and so were we. The hosts were great - reasonable and very attentive. The instructions were clear and I didn’t have to do a ton of chores at checkout, which was awesome."

"Enjoyed our stay but was disappointed that there was not central air conditioning. They did however have window units in 2 out of the three bedrooms on the main floor that kept us very cool."

"We had to leave early"

"We came to Greensboro to see Nate Bargatze and decided to stay a few days in the area. The apartment is in a great location of downtown. You can easily walk to so many places. There are lots of restaurants and breweries nearby to try. Highly recommend Cheesecakes by Alex which is just across the street! We parked in the Greene St parking garage our entire stay with no issues. Easy walk to the apartment. An electrical breaker had been tripped prior to our check in but Maddie was very responsive...

"Location was convenient to a country wedding we had in Summerfield. Could've used a few more furnishings(glassware, better TV). But very cozy for two couples. Big backyard area with firepit!"

"Great stay. Well appointed and plenty of room for 7 people together or separate. Well located in quite neighborhood. Host was very responsive."

"We have stayed here several times. Dogs love the fence yard. Very convenient location."

"Great check in experience. Wonderful hosts. The apartment includes a workspace and second little bedroom off the main"

"This house was exactly as advertised, great for families. The owner was so kind and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The bottom floor is so spacious and has so many fun amenities. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. I highly recommend this house!"

"Great space, clean and conveniently located!"

"An amazing house, perfect for our family group. Our host was easy to communicate with and helped to make our stay pleasant."
