"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent four-night stay at your hotel.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay. Additionally, upon checking in, we noticed the bathroom was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand wash or shampoo. Even it was not refilled despite requesting for refill.
On a positive note, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We also visited the casino, which features slot machines and a nice small...

"Expedia I order king bed. Paid for this room. When we arrived they put us in two double beds and I was still charged full price. Should have been $177 not $227. No adjustment yet. Property just not up to par. Breakfast lacking but coffee was good."
