"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Barbados! Traveling with a five-year-old and an 18-month-old can sometimes be challenging, but the entire staff made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for from the moment we arrived. The resort itself was beautiful — the ocean views were breathtaking, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. "The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location is also centralized from all of the activities that we planned. I will even take it a step further and share that I went to one the infamous fancy restaurants there that has a great scenic view and the bulk was over $120 per person but I left the restaurant wishing that I had the resorts dinner instead. So overrated. I would definitely come back to Sugar Bay Resort! "
