"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village! Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand. All facilities including dish washer and washing machine if you need it. Host was responsive and helpful too. On the whole it was very clean, a few things need fixing like tiles outside the back door but it didn’t take away the charm of the place. We visited the pub and the locals were so friendly! "This cottage has all the amenities you would need for a stay in the country and the garden is well fenced. The down side is that it is a fairway out of Stowmarket with no pubs or shops within walking distance so you would need to drive for anything you might need. We stayed here as a base over Christmas as we were visiting family and it suited us very well. The welcome pack was also a very nice touch and we were very pleased with everything."

Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage.
