Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brockville by IHG
"They couldn't give me the room because I didn't have a credit card, I never use one as I only have debit card. Even by giving more deposit for one night, they didn't accept it so we had to leave. Bad and embarrassing experience in front of my children. Of all hotels I stay, they always accept debit card."
"The hotel is under major renovations. No pool,(lining needed to be replaced. No breakfast just a brown bag with juice and a yogurt. Mold in the bathroom.
It might be nice when fully renovated but until them there is a lot that needs to be fix."
