"The winning points for this hotel are helpful staff and a pleasant location by the water. The room was extremely hot and stuffy, no air conditioning and a window that is blocked from opening fully. It was hot and stuffy at all hours of the day and night while it was a tolerable 26 degrees outside. Breakfast was ok though nothing classy. Good value of 10.99 for a full breakfast per adult and free for a kid with a paying adult. Dinner was expensive but poor quality. Very busy and noisy and long...

"Staff was very friendly. Only 1 picnic table to sit at outside, the grass hadn’t been cut at all, no one used it. Room very basic, no tissues, facecloth, microwave or fridge. T.V. only had a few channels and the volume wouldn’t go past 15. If window is open it was hard to hear. Grocery store about 10 minute walk, ocean about 20 minutes."
