Welcome to our oasis. Home has recently been updated and extra time has been put in to make this place cozy and your home away from home. You are 4mins to downtown, 5mins to the casino, 15 mins to Bristol motor speedway and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping centers, breweries and cool hangouts. There's one step leading into the kitchen as well as the bathroom. We are dog friendly and your fur babies will love our large fenced in back yard to run free. A favorite spot is our gazebo with fire pit or our cozy private patio to relax after a long day.

5 Stars We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable home in Bristol! It was cozy, welcoming, and had such a homey feel. The location was perfect — just minutes from downtown — but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The huge backyard was a bonus, especially for our fur babies to run around and relax.The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, and the hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even added a thoughtful touch to help us celebrate our anniversary, which made our stay even more special.If we’re ever back in Bristol, we won’t think twice — we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This little place had everything you would need. The only thing was the propane fire pit was not working. The bed was extremely comfortable. The backyard was very nice and relaxing. not in a great neighborhood, but that is no fault of the owner.

Stayed here for the music festival weekend and the house was perfect for that. We had everything we needed and the furniture was comfy. The owner communicated well and checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

We so enjoyed our stay here, made our move to Tenn much easier, location is great the house is adorable, clean and had everything we needed and our fur babies loved the fenced in yard. The host was commutative. We will highly recommend to others.

Merry & Bright Holiday Getaway

This property was perfect for our visit to see family at Christmas, being convenient to the Bristol/Abingdon area & with a big, fenced backyard for our dog. He loved having the room to stretch his legs & run around after a long drive. The house was lovely; so cozy with festive decor that was warm & welcoming. Hosts were great, accommodating & responsive. We felt right at home & thoroughly enjoyed our visit, exploring the shops on nearby State Street in between holiday events.

Wonderful for a short stay with pups!

Backyard is definitely the star of the show! Fabulous fenced in backyard for dogs to run and play. Main bedroom is very comfortable; second bedroom is on the smaller side for more than one person. Bathroom is spacious. Would suggest putting a curb at the end of the pavement on the driveway so cars don’t pull up too far and scrape the bottom of the car, but there is off street parking enough for one car. No dishwasher, but otherwise pretty well stocked!

Best experience EVER

First time VRBO user. Was scared of this before. This experience changed it all! From check in to check out this was nirvana for a home away from home. This property was PERFECTLY described. Dog friendly...funnily enough we have 4 pups but only brought 2. We live in a townhouse in MD with a postage stamp back yard and have to rely on pee pads at home. At this property there was no problem for our 2...outside all the time! House was beautifully furnished and decorated. I cooked a full roast beef homemade mashed potatoes and fresh corn on the cob for 4 theday after we arrived. I was astounded at the kitchen utensils available! Evertything from a potato peeler to a masher! If I had wanted I could have used an electric mixer! Who furnishes a rental like this. Beds were soft and comfy with clean, soft linens. They couldnt have provided anything else!

Charming & Cozy

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 dogs and thought it was the perfect place and location. We were 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from an incredible 2200 acre park where we could take our dogs every day for a nice long walk. They have over 24 miles of trails for walking and biking. We also loved the fenced in back yard. Plenty of room to play ball with the kids during our breaks from hiking and biking. We came to the area to bike the Virginia Creeper Trail and hike to The Channels. We also wanted to check out the towns of Damascus and Abingdon, which are darling. Ideally, we would have like to have stayed closer to those locations, however after staying in Bristol, we know that when we come back, we will be staying at this VRBO again. The fenced in back yard, close distance to Steele Creek Park and downtown Bristol definitely won us over. Plus, the rental was spacious, clean and very secure, with a lot of nice welcoming touches. We highly recommend this place!
