➞ Parties and loud music are not permitted, as our home is in a peaceful residential area. Quiet hours start at 10pm.
➞ A £250 penalty fee will be charged for any disturbances.
💳 Security Deposit: A £250 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damage is found.
🗝 Key Replacement
➞ A £100 replacement fee applies for any lost keys.
🚗 Parking
➞ Complimentary parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking in the garage. Cars are left at the guest’s own risk.
