"The hotel staff was very helpful, especially Patrick! If you communicate, they will come get your luggage from the train station because the hotel is a bit uphill. The breakfast was very good.
My only concerns, 1) we kept the windows open for the cool air to keep the temperature down and people would smoke outside their rooms or even the bottom floor and the smoke would come into our rooms. 2) being from America…we like things cold and we had to pay if we wanted more than 2 cups of ice. They explained they were under a heat wave and needed to conserve water.
Overall, very nice, amazing views, helpful staff and a great place to stay."
