Less positive (constructive criticism?): Some staff were great, others not so much. Did they need more staff for such a large hotel? Was there for four nights - cleaners came two times (another day it was late afternoon). Seems like they had too much to do. Other four star hotels have coffee makers in the rooms, more than instant coffee and a couple of tea bags and paper cups, more than water in the fridge (other beverages? snacks?)"
