The poker room can actually be used as a 5th bedroom with a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the sunrise/sunsets overlooking the lake while lounging on the deck, concrete patio or platform over the water. The upper deck extends the length of the back of the home and can be accessed from the Master Bedroom or the Living Room. The lower patio can be accessed from the Game Room or Poker Room and includes an outdoor hot tub. The main living area combines the dining area, kitchen and TV area creating one large area to gather for family and friends and has great views of the lake. The home sleeps a total of 15 with three king beds, a twin over queen bunk bed, queen sleeper sofa, 2 chair beds, 2 twin mattresses and a sleeper sofa. There are TVs available in the Living Room, Game Room and Bunk Room for you to use your favorite streaming service. Your own private boat dock is available to tie your boat or watercraft to or use for swimming and fishing. There is also a sidewalk that takes you down to the shoreline. There is also an outdoor combination grill that uses propane on one side and charcoal on the other. The charcoal side includes a smokebox for smoking meats. This home is like being on a small ranch with total privacy from your neighbors.
