"Fabulous stay, great staff, great room, great view, great food! My only niggles are 1 lift was out of order so lift wait was long at times, wait to be seated in dining was long as no-one was ever at the door to seat us and children only have limited pool times which was disappointing. I can understand small kids who may be noisy etc but kids over 12 should have a bit more flexibility. Other than that, we will definitely be back!"

"Nice stay, convenient location & pleasant staff. I Can only comment on the particular room we stayed in (305) but more attention required with cleaning. Thick layers of dust on the lights . Inadequate heating for a hotel of this size to be using a small plugged in electric oil filled heater placed in the middle of the room. "
