"Great spacious room and excellent service throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Shemar for the warm welcome and smooth check-in process, even at midnight after our flight was delayed. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful travel day much easier. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread - many options and great quality! The only minor drawback was the lighting in the room. We were a bit surprised that there wasn’t more overhead lighting, and the room felt somewhat dim with just a few lamps. Other than that, outstanding customer service—thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
