"Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead.
We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "

"The check in details are wrong. We followed the information and went to address for check in. It was different address Then the property, the girl there didn’t speak good English and booked us another room even if we explained to here that we have booked a different location. Then finally she point us to the right place approximately 7km away (same owner)
At the other place the girl was speaking good english and everything was ok, except for the wellness. We paid extra to use the wellness...
