The hotel is updated, modern very clean. Our room was specious, but lacked a few comforts that most hotels offer such as a coffee maker and comfortable chairs to use while relaxing in the room. The room was more than big enough to add a couch or comfortable chair. All they have is a metal uncomfortable office style seat. No coffee in the room or microwave which for me brings my rating down. If you are looking for a nice place to stay near Syracuse, this is place is a very good choice! The house is beautiful and sweet like home, and the breakfast is pretty delicious. There are some good restaurants nearby too, so don't need to worry about where to have dinners. The only thing is that they really need to fix the front door of the room I stay (first floor). We were traveling very late and found this hotel on Expedia. Called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving later and Katie was so sweet! She put us at ease that we would be able to check in later with no problems. Front desk clerk got us checked in quickly and was very kind. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were monitoring area to clean and refill food as it was taken.
