"Hotel is basic but largely what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Except the room was baking hot despite heating being off, windows and outside temperature being 1 degrees. Either Expedia, the hotel or myself messed up the booking, I wanted a twin room I got a double. I asked if I could change to which the receiptionist got very stroppy, I didnt demand I only asked. I checked after and they didnt have twins but did have a triple, I would have happily paid but as you can imagine I didnt...

"The heating turned off overnight, when I complained about that, the hotel recommended me to find another hotel and they wanted to refund the money, they probably don't know the Expedia rules.. The Heating on between 6PM - 10PM (with breaks) regardless of the outside temperature.. "

"Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal. Tram transport was ideal across the road. Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely. Would highly recommend to others & would definately stay there again if ever we go to Prague again. Nga mihinui"
