"This is a unique hotel with a bit of a disjointed connection of buildings and some different updates in places, but overall a really nice stay and great experience. We had a suite in a portion of the hotel that had been a house, so there were nice stairs and windows that reflected an older time. We had one room with a toilet and a tub, and two bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower. "The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. The train station was less than 10 mins walk. There's a Tesco express and a Sainsbury's right outside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit a queen bed, double sofa bed and a cot. We had a comfortable sleep. We used the pool once, there was a steam room as well.
