A 52 m² chalet tastefully furnished in Brétignolles-sur-Mer with 3 bedrooms with new bedding and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It has a 28 m² terrace with garden furniture and plancha, Internet access via Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning in the living room and two televisions. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and ceramic hob, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine, two coffee makers, one filter and one L'or espresso capsule, a deep fryer, a raclette, pierrade and crêpe party machine, a Cookeo, a fondue machine, a toasted sandwich maker, a toaster and a kettle, board games. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer and hair straightener.



For added convenience, you will have at your disposal two private outdoor parking spaces near the accommodation. Within the estate, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
