"Convenient location, friendly & quick communication from the host, but the place needs some work. - Incomplete blinds in the bedroom and living room no privacy- The bed was uncomfortable for each of us, sore backs the next day ... but beds are subjective, so maybe that was just us.- Balcony is pretty crusty, with crates a pigeon is nesting / defecating in.- The kitchen & bathroom weren't super clean. "Location is AMAZING, includes parking (which is very $$ in Vancouver hotels) and host was very friendly and responsive. All the downtown attractions are in walking distance and the 2 minute Aquabus to Granville Island Market is at the end of the street. We came to town for a concert and this location is perfect. And did I mention Starbucks is 300 meters away? 100% recommended. We will be back. Thank you. "
