"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。
今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"There was black mold innthe bedroom. Thr apartment was very dark - all rhe light bulbs had low brightness and it was impossible to see anything.
The bed sheets were extremely itchy."

"Wohnung etwas vom Zentrum weg aber gut erreichbar. Wohnlich eingerichtet das Nötigste vorhanden, leider keine Bohnen im Kaffeeautomaten für eine erste Tasse nach Ankunft.Kann man durchaus weiter empfehlen.Grüsse aus der Schweiz"

"Eine sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnungen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Zwinger! Man kommt zu Fuß zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Dresdener Altstadt.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Sie haben sich für uns um einen reservierten Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage direkt nebenan gekümmert, sodass einem die Parkplatzsuche irgendwo am Straßenrand erspart blieb! :)Ich würde immer wieder in diese Wohnung zurück kommen."
