"Very dated. Hasn't been used recently. Smelled like mildew. The deck was deteriorated to the point of being unusable. There was a hottub but wasn't filled and clearly not used for a long time. The wood trim around the tub platform were rotted and missing. Turns out this was a timeshare rental."

"Everything was great, I just wish the water level was higher on pelican lake. Looks like a lot of properties have stranded boats due to low lake levels. Just know that you won’t be docking your boat."

"Everything was great - loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax inside or outside. Location is convenient with lots of amenities nearby. Hosts were great! Definitely recommend staying here."
