Everything you could want in a ski in/out condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 in the heart of the ski village. Only steps away from Main Street with incredible shopping and restaurants for when you aren`t on the mountain.

    The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

    This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer, like the enormous four season pool and multiple hot tubs.

This condo was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. It’s a VRBO in the Marriot. Therefore, we had access to all the hotel amenities as well, like the hot tubs. There is a path next to the pool that is a shortcut to Main St. Just a 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants and shops. A short drive takes you to several local hiking trails. We took the snow shoes and hiking poles one day located in the condo, but there wasn’t enough snow to use them. The condo also provides a humidifier, which was a life saver for us Floridians. We highly recommend this host and condo!

The room and our stay was perfect! It was ski-in definitely and a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift - extremely convenient! The place was was clean - including the kitchen - and the shower ROCKED! Great experience for my and my two sons!

Short visit to hike Quandary

There’s nothing better than not having to car camp before hiking a 14er! This place is so close to the Quandary trail head. Plus a hot tub for after the hike! Easy breezy stay.

This is a very convenient location with all the benefits of the Marriott. Pool, hot tub, underground parking were all included. The kitchen could use a few more utensils for cooking and a few more coffee cups and drinking glasses but otherwise it’s a nice unit.

There isn't a better location for the price here in Breckenridge. A 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair and ski-in when the day is done. Enjoyed all the amenities that the Marriott has to offer. The owner was very easy to communicate with and super quick to answer questions.

Excellent Spot for a Ski Vacation

We had a great stay for our short ski trip. The unit was super convenient. We could see the lift out the window and could walk over just as the lift started turning. The hot tubs and heated pool afterwards were excellent and we were a quick walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The unit was great for two people. We would definitely come back again.

The check in people were less than helpful. They clearly catered to the people they rented directly vs those that go through VRBO. Sent us in circles a few times but we managed. The property was fine. The beds were comfortable. Parking wasn’t at the same building. Difficult to drop off luggage and gear.
