"Staff was very nice and helpful. We were only for 1 night for a college tour. Beautiful hotel, shower pressure amazing, breakfast was very good too! Great location. Highly recommended!!"

"Most awful check-in experience I have ever had. We were downgraded as opposed to getting an upgrade which we were told was available. We were created from a king-size bed that we ordered to a queen size bed. These were not even queen size beds, in fact.... then we will send her a room that faced a wall 3 feet away from the window. When I complained, we were placed into a handicap room, which did not even have a walk-in shower. Handled extrnely poorly by staff. "

"Great location. But we did feel the unit should be better equipped. There was no soap in the bathrooms and only two towels. There was no sofa to sit on so there really wasn’t a place to sit and relax in the morning. The furniture was very dated. However it was clean."

"Overall very rundown and dirty place. Our unit had the owners personal belongs (soap, etc.) in the bathroom. It is a very tired and deferred property."

"This is my 3rd stay at this location. I love the building and staff. I have heard people make comments that this building isn't as "luxury" as they expected but you are in an amazing location, clean building and great condo! It is honestly my favorite - outside any hotel stay and this unit is super cute and chic. (Just note the bedroom A/C is awesome but there is not A/C in main living area so you just have to be creative and use the room fan)"
