Full access to most of home. Limited access to basement (homeowners private quarters). Guests are allowed to use the laundry room located in the basement.

In some instances home owners will be present. In these situations the homeowners would stay in the basement and be sure to stay out of the guests way during their stay. Guests will be notified prior to arrival if we will be present.
