"Fresh but a little cold"

"Lovely hotel & the room was also lovely.. not a large room but everything you needed you in the room. Very comfortable bed plenty of towels .enough coffee / tea & bottle water. Staff very friendly plenty of car spaces. Would highly recommend this hotel & definitely been booking again in the near future…. Keep up the great work…. "

"Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was exceptional. All of the refurbished areas were a great standard. The new bar was superb and busy every evening. Buffet breakfast also superb and freshly replenished. Price was spot on with great views over the west cliff. Definitely recommend."

"What a lovely place ☺️ We only stayed for one night as we came up from Chester to pick up a boxer puppy early on the Saturday,if we’d have known how lovely it was,we would have stayed an extra night,the staff and rooms are lovely (although our room did smell quite musty and there was quite a lot of mould in the bathroom on the shower and bottom of the bath) we had a meal there on the Friday evening when we arrived,it was so busy with Christmas party’s but the staff were so happy and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us,no matter how busy they were,it was like they were only serving us,the food was lovely and the decor of the bar and restaurant are stunning,it’s such a shame that we live so far away,if we didn’t I would most definitely stay here again,I 100% recommend you stay here xx"
