"Wir hatten im Waldhotel Bärenstein eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Mit dem Personal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das einzige was von uns zu bemängeln war ist das Abendessen. Wir hatten das Gefühl das Essen war nicht frisch gekocht sondern aufgewärmt. "

Der Mitarbeiter hat sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt aber eine Entschädigung wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen."
