The room and building is exactly as described and fulfilled what we needed. The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The common area and bathrooms were cleaned daily. Room was clean, staff was helpful and courteous when I had trouble getting into the building. Unfortunately Expedia gave the hotel a different room number than the one I specifically booked. The staff at Maverick helped move me to a comparable room.

Staff was very rude, and they had this door on the side of the building broken for days. They’d fix it and it would be broken again within the hour. They did not maintain the property well and their attitude at the front desk was not a pleasant one.

Sm familuar with Braintree. Here ad a stop on way to Logan Airport via Logan Express bus.
Only disappointment was that the website stated that there was a free shuttle bus to and from the local subway station. Sadly, this was not the case and I’m not sure when this service stopped but it should be taken off the website.
