"Ursa is a great! Right on campus and so unique. Always our first choice when in Orno"

"Thank you"

"Clean room, well kept hotel, great staff, free parking well illuminated, didn’t have breakfast so can rate"

"Staff not very friendly. Looks like they hate their jobs. Young lady finished signing guest in and walked away without saying anything. Gentlemen at the end of the counter totally ignored us for a while then brought up his head and asked if we had reservations. No smile, no welcome to the comfort Inn. These two employees are the first in the front lines that make for a good stay or a bad one. Rooms were very clean. The two employees certainly need some training"

"Great place to stay! Would certainly stay again."

"Great stay. Clean room & nice access for pets"

"The TV could only receive 4 channels. Not the end of the world but inconvenient. Towel rack was coming off the wall. Otherwise, no issues. I would stay here again. Convenient and clean."
