Sunshine Oasis 2 With Heated Saltwater Pool Just Minutes to Gulf Beaches

3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front of the house. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). Newly refinished heated saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. The house also has a two stall garage for parking. Home away from home!

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This was our family’s first trip to Sarasota. The house was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked so we could prepare meals and the proximity to Anna Maria Island was great. The enclosed pool was a perfect way to end the day for our kids.

Great summer stay! My husband, 8-year-old daughter, my parents and I stayed in this house for a week in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day, and the proximity to the beaches (15 minutes to Coquina Beach). Any kind of shopping you need is very close by, along with a great selection of restaurants. Really appreciate the house supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and laundry soap, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and it was great being able to park the car in the garage to stay cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you for your above and beyond hospitality, Chris!

This was a very nice place, about roughly 6 miles from nearest beach. Wish it would have been closer, but they to have a pool to cool things off.

Beyond impressed with this rental. Stocked with everything you need for a pool day & a beach day. House is so clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Perfect set up. Had an amazing weekend with my family. Likely going to rent again. Great location. Every room has a TV which is nice. Beds are super comfortable

Wonderful stay, very restful

The family loved the house and the pool! It was extremely clean and the posting was accurate. We used the grill everyday. The last night we got fresh seafood from Cortez Fish Market and grilled everything. The kitchen was well stocked, better than we imagined. Already looking to book again or at one of their other properties. Check in and check out were hassle free. Wonderful,responsive hosts.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful and clean home. The salt water pool was amazing! Chris was very communicative with making sure our stay was going smoothly. Fabulous home

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! It is a spacious home with a very nice heated pool. Our kids loved the pool.the beachtoys where also very handy (beach chairs, beach umprella, toys, etc..). Chris is very friendly and helpful. We could definitely recommend this home!

A very enjoyable place to call “home” while visiting Bradenton area.

This house was just as nice as it appears in the photos…super clean and our hosts were top notch! We really enjoyed the heated pool and enclosed lanai! The house was so welcoming and had everything you could possibly want for an extended stay.. Chris and Sherry have thought of everything! If we come back to this area, we would rent again!

Best Place Ever

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in many states and this was the best home we have ever rented. The house was in a safe and good location in a great city with the bonus of a salt water pool which my wife really wanted! The easily accessible attached garage was greatly appreciated. The hosts were attentive. Highly recommended and we hope to return!
