Shell Cove 106 by Duncan Real Estate

Shell Cove 106 is a cute, newly renovated in 2024 beachfront condo in Bradenton Beach. Steps to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island! The living area has plenty of seating with a large HDTV. The dining room comfortably accommodates 5 people. The master has a king size bed and guest bedroom features one queen and one twin bed and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets and countertops. No dishwasher.
Walk out to the beach to watch an amazing Anna Maria Island sunset every evening. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. Wireless and cable to keep you connected just in case!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was a great beach spot. We walked out the front door directly to the beach. It was fantastic! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, wagon. The kitchen was fully stocked and check in was seamless. There was plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

Perfection

We have stayed here for 3 years and it is perfect for our family. Everything one needs for the weeks including umbrella beach chairs and toys for the kids.

AMI retreat

Beautiful location and great beach access. Nice and clean property with enough room for us. Check in wasn’t great as wrong key code was sent but property manager was available to send the correct one. No book of recommended activities or places to eat was on site so had to google for everything we wanted. Also no instructions regarding towels and what to do with them. It property manager available to help. Would come back again but maybe to a slightly larger unit. But otherwise beautiful location and great visit.

Beautiful

Great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. Didn’t have to drive anywhere! Just jump on the trolly. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Loved it

We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Ceiling fans and AC worked great. Plenty of beach chairs available. Plenty of towels available. Pretty Quiet location. Kitchen is small if you want to cook, but it is doable. Washer & dryer worked. Beach is beautiful and the trees/plants around are beautiful! We did not have any issues.

Location location location

Great place to stay. You can see the sea through the window and be on the beach in seconds. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for entertainment and restaurants. There is something for everyone within 1 mile. We rode bikes on the bike lanes up and down the key without any issues even though the main highway stays busy throughout the day.

Perfect in every way!

Everyone loved our stay! The location is PERFECT! White sand beach is steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having the beach cart with chairs, umbrella, etc. was so nice! We loved that the beach here was quiet, but the great restaurants and shops are a short distance away. Already have my return trip booked!

Clean and beachfront

Enjoyable stay. No pool but didn’t really miss it. Could not access our Netflix or other streaming apps and, in 2022, a device should be made available for renters. Recommend.

Rest & Relaxation

Some vacations are for sightseeing and adventure, which are amazing; however, sometimes you just need a time of rest and relaxation. This was the perfect property for both types of vacations, though we chose to enjoy the latter as everyday was spent at the beach. The condo has everything you need for a full day at the beach - umbrella, cooler, chairs, noodles, toys, although, if you forget anything, it's a minute walk back to the front door. The outdoor shower is a great convenience. Duncan Realty was great! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and check in was a breeze. It was a great place and because of that, it made our vacation all we needed it to be - perfect.
