"This is our go “out on the town” hotel. Super convenient, friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. I always ask for a room away from Northbourne aa I’m a light sleeper and Drconis happy to oblige, thank you. Booked room breakky online through Expedia and got a great deal on a very satisfying and well presented buffet breakky, perfect Sunday morning! Thanks again for the upgrade, we feel like we’re always welcome back."

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"The room had 2 cracked pains of glass the shower exhaust fan was caked in dust so were the vents in the room the carpet needs a good steam clean Over all the room was comfortable the bed was ok The whole hotel could do with a paint it looks abit shabby"
