"The place is beautiful and the river restaurant is excellent. We also really enjoyed the pool. Our only issue was that there was no maid service. We didn't know until we left that you had to request it--there should be a sign in the room!"

"The staff on the front desk were excellent-friendly and helpful.
The wall mounted bed table had ants on it when I came in. Later when I put my phone and charger on it there were more ants. I wiped it down with tissues and found more ants underneath.
The bedsheet was all crumpled up like someone had already slept on it.
The breakfast was sparce and they did not have any decaf coffee.
I was rather disappointed for a Red Lion Inn and would probably try to find a different place to stay in Bend."

Bfast was not bad (warm Bfast). Coffee was good. Overall it was a great stay."
