"We arrived about an hour before 4pm check in - but our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in early. Much appreciated as we had to get dressed for a wedding nearby at 4:30 pm. Our room was very nice. The whole hotel is very nice - clean, modern, and well maintained. Breakfast was very good - lots of healthy and delicious choices. Some minor criticisms - the AC could not be turned lower than 70F (we like a cool room for sleeping) and the AC was very noisy when it did kick on."

"We loved our stay here. Cheryl and Don are gracious hosts and left special touches like muffins and hard boiled eggs for our first breakfast. The area was located in a great area with easy access to many great historic sites. I would love to stay here again and do another visit to the Longwood Gardens. "

"Property was as pictured. Nice and quiet area. Susan was very welcoming (thanks again for the birthday cake!) and very responsive to messages. The wife and I (and our pup) enjoyed a nice weekend there and would definitely go back.And for the internet dependent people, don't worry, there's is Verizon Fios internet available! "
