"There were 3 adults and 1 child in our party. My daughter and her child slept on the sofa bed. The mattress had blood and urine stains. Disgusting! We requested a new mattress or room change. They gave a new mattress. The mattresses are extremely thin and you can feel the springs in it. We went to Walmart and purchased a topper to make it more comfortable. We had no idea that this hotel does not have rooms with two beds. Only a king and sleeper sofa at this establishment. Then they gave only a sheet and mattress cover for the sleeper. The AC was either too cold or too hot. No in between spot. They did not tell us that one morning would be interrupted by maintenance being conducted on the room across the hallway. Tile installation and drilling. Whay a way to wake up. Even if you put the television on maximum volume, you can barely hear it. I also had to request additional towels. They had given us only 3 large towels and 4 face cloths for us. The elevators were not very clean. Therefore, we figured the breakfast prep area would not be clean either, so we chose not to partake in breakfast.
We were also informed that they do not offer any type of discounts.
On a positive note, the location was very convenient to many stores and places to eat.
