"We asked for a quiet room. They gave us one near an elevator and directly across from a train station. One window shade was broken and the clothes hook in the bathroom pulled out of the door when we tried to use it. We paid $500 per night for this room. We planned to stay two nights but checked out after one. As long-time IHG members, we expected some kind of refund for our second night. The hotel management refused to grant us any refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer."
"On the 3rd floor, the hallway carpet had not been vecuumed for some time. The carpet itself needs replacing because it had rips in it and does present a danger of tripping to persons walking on it.
The parkade was handy. The breakfast selection was quite adequate, as was the coffee selection."
"I didn't ask or need a lower floor accessible room but was given one. It was fine but weird and not comfortable, especially the shower. And what if someone who was not able came in after me and needed it? An odd choice."
