"Internet was down on day 1, we had no hot water in the showers for 2 days, and the guest roon toilet clogged twice. Not the most pleasant stay."

"Excellent location with it being right in bourbon st . We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do! Staff of the hotel were very friendly, warm and helpful . They were the best part about the hotel. However , the hotel is outdated in many ways . Tv has no streaming services like most other hotels do . Our room wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived , mirrors were all dirty , and there was a lot of visible signs of the hotel just being old and dated . However , the lobby was beautiful. Also , they charged us $75 to check in early . We’ve stayed plenty of hotels that didn’t charge anything for early check in . With all that said , if you just really want to be on bourbon st , it’s an ok stay . "

"Lot of money to be late with my room. One person working at the main desk at 4pm when main check in time arrived. Crowne Plaza has dropped in my rankings. "
