This 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Boulder is perfect for your escape to this vibrant city. With a king bed, 2 queen beds, bunk bed, twin bed, and futons, there's plenty of space for all guests. The game room with a pool table provides an enjoyable space to relax after a day of exploring. 7 flat screen tv's, board games, kids games, and books are all around to keep everyone entertained. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Trish and Dave were fantastic hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish.The location is truly special. The views from every window are beautiful, and being right across the street from an amazing trailhead was such a bonus, with another one just down the street. It felt like we were fully immersed in nature, yet still just minutes from town. Downtown Boulder, CU Boulder, and Pearl Street were all only about 10 minutes away, with great restaurants and grocery stores very close by. It really offered the perfect balance of natural surroundings and convenience.The house itself was comfortable and quiet at night. The beds were all very comfortable, and we especially loved the recliner couches after long days out exploring. The master bedroom was great with a large bathroom and shower, and the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids with plenty of space. The layout made it easy for everyone to spread out while still having great central areas to gather together.The backyard was another highlight. We loved grilling, sitting around the fire pit in the evenings, and relaxing in the rocking chairs. It was such a great space to unwind.Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was exactly as described. The back yard is gorgeous and comfortable. The living dining area was spacious enough for all 11 of us. The house was clean and welcoming. The guide book has useful information. Master bed/bath is amazing!

This place has lots of bedrooms and is comfortable. It’s got a nice big backyard. Kitchen utensils are a little under equipped. It is between two small highways, which makes it rather noisy, but it does get quiet enough at night.

Beautiful setting. Sunrise on the mountains spectacular. House immaculately clean and well equipped. Good location. We visited the Carousel in Nederland and the Inn at Gold Hill, plus the weekend air show and Denver Zoo. Host responded quickly to our questions. One of our group had mobility issues and found the stairs challenging, especially the lack of a handrail to the parking area.

We are Colorado locals but were in town for my sisters wedding and this VRBO was able to hold 5 couples and my two kids very well. 3 bathrooms made getting ready easy and the view was beautiful!

This house was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the front range and in close proximity to Boulder and the Denver suburbs. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the evenings while grilling out. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two large hangout areas inside the house provided abundant room for multiple families. The washer and dryer was a big perk as we needed to use it almost daily. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. There were even a few spices and seasonings which was an unexpected bonus since we often forgot to buy some of the essentials. I would highly reccomend this property to everyone!

This was an awesome property!It fit our needs perfectly. We had a group of 12 visiting Boulder for an engagement party. The house is a short drive or Uber to Boulder… but the quiet location was great, allowing us to share stories around the outdoor fire pit without worrying about disturbing close-by neighbors. The outdoor space is awesome. Our host, Trish, was extremely responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Location, Great Yard

We were here for 3 weeks to watch our CU daughter play lacrosse. Had family come in here and there and it was a great place to gather and spend time together. Loved the hiking just out the door, and simple access to CU and Hwy 36 to Denver. Very roomy feeling, and the large backyard was just as advertised. Perfect for sunny days and playing with our dog. Trish was extremely responsive and we would highly recommend.

Wonderful place - highly recommended

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. The place is very well kept - clean, tidy and well organized. It had games/toys for kids, 5 extremely spacious bedrooms and could easily sleep 10-12 people. The host is very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Hoping to come back here next year!
