"Great location, great amenities. Fast and friendly communicator. Would recommend 10/10."

"This was one of the best experiences with a vacation rental we had in many years. The location is amazing: 5 min from one of the best redwood state parks, and very close from two other parks and the ocean. The surrounding small towns are little gems literally hidden under the canopy of redwoods. The house was very comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-designed interior. It was so quiet, peaceful, and the air was amazing. The communication with the host was...

"Location was excellent; close proximity to hiking, shops and travel to nearby destinations; relaxing decks and outdoor spaces; nice layout of rooms; family friendly."

"though a bit off the beaten path--accomodations were great, relaxing after a hard day work on the deck and the welcome addition and unexpected treat of farm fresh eggs!"

"Room was spotless with a lot of nice amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful—peacefully tucked away among the redwoods while still being in the perfect location. It was an easy drive to both the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, making it the ideal home base for exploring the area. The check-in process was seamless, and the home was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated that the host was able to accommodate our semi last-minute booking. Communication was great...

"Lovely to have a full apartment when in the area for extended work week at our northern, California office. Check in, parking and navigating to"

"Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful view. The host were very friendly. House was clean. Enjoyed the private patio area and horseshoe pit. Rooms were spacious and for our family of four. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful beautiful get-a-way. We enjoyed popular nearby places to visit such as Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Capitola Beach, The Mystery Spot."

"Wonderful place...perfect location! Very happy with our stay! The only thing to note is the parking area is very small, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have to park elsewhere."

"Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them."

"Beach house is great location to the beach and boardwalk. Residence well maintained and charming. Perfect weekend getaway."
