When I was checking out, I cut my finger and asked for a Band-Aid. Seeing that I was on crutches, the front desk lady took the time to put it on for me. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and genuinely kind. Every time I’ve stayed here, the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am not sure I would stay anywhere else. "
