About this property

A house in Provence, in a part of Mas, typical Provencal house.

  • In the middle of fruit trees and 1 km from the charming medieval village of Boulbon.
    Come relax and listen to the cicadas sing and if you also want to discover the region, Avignon is 10 minutes by car, Arles, Nîmes and the Pont du Gard at 30mn, the Luberon at 40mn, the Saintes Maries de la mer and the heart of the Camargue 1 hour.
    The house comprises on the ground floor a living room (television and internet access), the equipped kitchen (4 gas hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Bodum coffee maker) and the shower room, and on the first floor two bedrooms, the first with a large double bed (160 x 200) and the second with two single beds (90 x 190).
    The house also has a terrace and a private garden for an aperitif and your meals. If you are the king or queen of grilling, a barbecue is at your disposal.

    The duration of the stay is 7 days minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.

    You can rent bed sheets and bath sheets on site (15 € / person).
    Tea towels, paper towel, toilet paper and cleaning products are at your disposal.

    A deposit of 300 Euros will be payable locally and returned upon departure.
    The house is non-smoking.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate our animal friends.

Perfect provence vacation

We stayed at Lawrence and Paul's property for two weeks and could have not have been more relaxed and made so welcomed. The property is ideal for two to four people and Everything you need is provided with a beautiful garden and pool. Most of all the hosts are truly fantastic, would highly recommend.

Ein schönes altes Gebäude, dass sich auch im Hochsommer nicht zu sehr aufheizt.Für vier Personen geräumig.Leider nur 1 Badezimmer und wenig Schrankraum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Wasser stammt aus dem hauseigenen Brunnen - aber wir haben es ohne Einschränkungen genutzt.Wundervoll sind Garten, Terasse und Sitzecke unter dem Feigenbaum.Bessere Gastgeber als Laurence und Paul kann man sich kaum wünschen - freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit.Die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich der Rhone ist in Ordnung. Zur Ortschaft Boulbon sind es 1,5 km- dort gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Minimarkt - größere Supermärkte gibt es dort allerdings nicht - Supermärkte befinden sich in Aramon, Barbentane und Tarrascon und der nächste Hipermarché in Les Angles bei Avignon.Die Orte in der Umgebung sind sämtlich sehenswert, besonders das Kloster in der Montagnette. Die Gegend eignet sich sehr gut für Radtouren, da es viele asphaltierte Nebenstraßen gibt und, wenn es möchte, auch tolle Routen durch die Höhenzüge der Montagnette und die Alpilles.Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Es ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Lage ist besonders gut als Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Ausflugsziele geeignet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche duftet herrlich frisch. Wir durften den Pool mitbenutzen. Laurence und Paul haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben. Es war uns eine Freude, die beiden kennengelernt zu haben. Schade, dass der Urlaub schon wieder vorbei ist. Jederzeit würde ich dorthin zurückkehren. Wir sind froh, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben

Wundervoll

Eine wundervolle Woche ist zu Ende gegangen. Wir haben die Zeit in dem liebevoll restaurierten und gut ausgestatteten typisch provenzialischen Häuschen und dem weitläufigen Garten mit sehr gepflegtem Pool (im übrigen größer, als er auf dem Foto erscheint) sehr genossen. Ideal war die Nähe zu all den Ausflugszielen. Auf dem Programm standen Pont du Gard mit Kanutour, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Aigues Mortes und Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, was alles zwischen 30 un 60 Minuten gut zu erreichen war. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die herzlichen Gastgeber Laurence und Paul, die mit Rat und Tat für ihre Gäste da sind, aber ansonsten ganz diskret nebenan wohnen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns der gemeinsame Abend bei leckerem Essen und netten Gesprächen und das Gefühl, bald zurückkehren zu wollen zu einem Wohlfühlort und netten neuen Freunden.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit Herz

Wir haben für zwei Wochen ein Ferienhaus gebucht und ein Zuhause bekommen. Laurence und Paul sind wunderbare Gastgeber, herzlich, hilfsbereit, diskret und haben tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen bei euch gefühlt! Das Haus war für uns und unsere zwei Töchter das perfekte Heim, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Inserat-Bildern. Wir haben den Pool genossen und konnten frische Feigen von "unserem" beeindruckenden Feigenbaum ernten unter dem wir uns gerne aufgehalten haben. Das Grundstück liegt inmitten der Natur mit tollem Ausblick, unweit der Rhone. Die Lage war einfach super für viele tolle Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Herzen der Provence. Fabuleux !

Gîte fonctionnel, au calme avec des hôtes très sympathiques qui nous ont été de bon conseil et toujours disponibles. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Nous avons pu en profiter chaque jour. La literie est très bonne. L'emplacement nous a permis de visiter pas mal d'endroits (Avignon, Orange notamment) et nous avons pu passer une journée à la mer car elle se situe à un peu plus d'une heure en voiture. Bref, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Schöne kleine Wohnung in mitten Obstwiesen

Laurence und ihr Mann sind sehr nett & zuvorkommend ! obwohl man Tür an Tür wohnt, kriegt man kaum etwas von den beiden mit- außer gute Empfehlungen. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Provence zu erkunden! Die Wohnung ist sehr süß eingerichtet!

Urlaub pur

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen im Häuschen von Laurence und Paul verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail modernisiert und ausgestattet. Laurence und Paul sind die perfekten Gastgeber und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn Fragen aufkommen. Und sei es, um weitere Ausflüge zu planen. Wir haben die Ruhe nur mit den Zikaden geteilt und den Schatten des beeindruckenden Feigenbaums und den Pool ausgiebig genossen. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Des vacances comme on les aime !!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Laurence et Paul. Leur accueil très chaleureux nous a touché. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise. Petits et grands se sont régalés à la piscine, sous le figuier, dans le vaste jardin au milieu des arbres fruitiers… La vue sur le massif de la montagnette est splendide. Le Calme et tout le charme de la Provence sont au rendez-vous. On recommande et pensons déjà revenir. Une très belle rencontre. Merci beaucoup !

Un séjour idyllique auprès des arbres fruitiers, des cigales dans un joli petit mas provençal

Accueil très sympathique de Laurence et Paul dans leur charmant mas provençal entouré d’arbres fruitiers. Nous partions chaque jour découvrir un peu de la Provence, le petit village de Boulbon juste à côté ne doit pas être oublié, il est magnifique! Petits et grands, nous avons apprécié de nous délaisser dans la piscine après nos excursions. Nous espérons y retourner un jour!

Une très belle propriété

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Laurence et Paul, les propriétaires. Toujours aux petits soins pour notre confort et nous renseigner sur les visites alentours. Le logement est confortable et rénové avec soins. La cuisine et la salle de douche sont optimisées en fonction de l'age de la bâtisse mais cela reste tout à fait fonctionnel. Super séjour!

Séjour merveilleux et reposant en Provence que je découvrais ainsi que mes enfants, étant du Nord. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Laurence et Paul! La maison est charmante et décorée avec beaucoup de goût! nous avions aussi accès à une piscine hosrs sol très agréable qui nous permettait de nous détendre après de longues journées de découverte de la région si splendide et diversifiée. Je recommande vivement ce petit paradis .... florence
