"We had to stay an extra night in Boston because our flights were canceled due to storms in Chicago. Although this hotel was a bit pricier than we would have liked, the staff welcomed us at 9:45 pm after a long day of frustrating travel. They gave us free cold bottles of water, a voucher for discounted meals in the restaurant and took our luggage up to our room. The staff in the restaurant was amazing, comforting and super accommodating. Our room was comfortable, the bed was great and I would definitely stay there again. The next day they held out luggage when we checked out so we could explore our bonus day in Boston until it was time to catch our flight ( which was again delayed)."
