The vacation apartment "Casa Rocca" offers guests a fantastic experience of stay.
On the 3rd floor of the historic and nineteenth-century "Palazzo Cossu" located in Via Carmine a stone's throw from the main artery of the city of Bosa, the parallel, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II meeting point and beating heart of the city, full of stores, clubs, bars, restaurants, museums, etc...
The 62 m² structure is equipped with all comforts and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Consisting of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two large bedrooms equipped with smart TVs, air-conditioned to ensure the ideal temperature all year round, it is ideal for your short or long stays in the colorful and main town of Planargia. This vacation home has a panoramic terrace on the 5th floor of the building for the exclusive use of guests, from which you can admire the Serravalle Castle, also known as the Malaspina Castle or Bosa Castle, on one side and romantic sunsets over the Temo Valley on the other. Free street parking is available in the adjacent Piazza Carmine or near the cemetery. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and partying are not permitted. The property is less than 3 km from the beach at Bosa Marina, and public transportation is within walking distance.

Freundliche, schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sauber und malerisch gelegen inmitten Bosas Altstadt. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderschön.
