"I asked them to change our room on the first day because the room they assigned was very very dark and small with no natural light. The clerk at the front desk was very very angry about this and I wasn’t sure why this provoked him so bad but I walked away and our room was changed shortly thereafter. The rest of the stay was pleasant and the hotel is beautiful and charming. "

In the two‑story suites you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms—walking, showering, and other everyday noises. The location is great, but due to the proximity of the bypass roads it’s difficult to reach places on foot. Everything else was excellent; don’t let these small critiques mislead you — they’re just honest observations.”"
