"Though it’s not in central Berlin, the tram and subway are just 5 minutes away. The apartment was perfect! Modern, clean and comfortable. It was fully equipped with nice plates, utensils etc. There are numerous grocery stores and restaurants close by. The neighborhood is rough looking but as seniors we felt very safe. We enjoyed a delish meal at Mr. Hoang. Another positive was the fact that they have 3 washers and dryers in the basement which are free to use. The concertina provide the...

"Friendly staff and room is clean and comfortable"

"Because most houses in Germany do not have screens, our suite had lots of mosquitos and multiple family members got mosquito bites. Not sure if this is a general problem for Germany hotels, it is definitely very annoying to battle with mosquitos in mid October. Somehow I was not able to find control panel to adjust fans and we were scared to open windows, the air was stuffy. Also no shower door, I had to put our own plastic sheet to serve as shower curtain to prevent water from splattering....

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"Heerlijk dat je zo makkelijk kunt parkeren, ideaal voor onze gezinstrip!"

"Clean, spacious rooms. Great location!"

"The bathroom shower and basin were a bit clogged, so the water was draining very slowly. The blanket (not the cover) was clean but had large yellow stains. I don’t know how old they must have been to become so deeply ingrained and impossible to remove. The walls were also a bit dirty, as if they hadn’t been painted in a very long time. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable. The staff were kind, and the location is convenient, close to public transportation and some of Berlin’s main...

"The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. "

"Excellent location and walking distance to major sites."
