"Ideal location - nice to find a hotel with garden and grounds within the concrete jungle of outer London! - and plenty of parking. We were happy with our room, which was spacious, clean and tidy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and nice coffee! The staff were very nice.
It was very nice to be able to wander around the garden/grounds, albeit we felt it was lacking a little in maintenance.

"Check in was nice and quick but unfortunately for us that is where it all went wrong. Firstly we were given the wrong room type and ok we could have looked past this but the heat within the room
was unbearable. There was one fan left for us that hardly gave any relief of the heat and was positioned in a place no where near the sleeping area. There was the loud noise from an air con unit that again unfortunately was plugged in the opposite side of the suite.

"Fantastic hotel, excellent public transport connections. Family room was perfect for a single night stay. Both dinner and breakfast in the bar were excellent. Staff were all cheerful and very helpful. Would highly recommend."
