"The check in process was confusing"

"We stayed for 10 nights at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden and found the hotel to be perfectly adequate overall. "Studio was really well equipped and great location for a family party all in all great accommodation"

"Excellent location, large room with good amenities. Laundry room was a bonus."

"Would stay again. Next to the train tracks but train was not raining at night. Very clean. Windows can open for fresh air. Has everything we need. Breakfast was decent. Everyone working there was very nice"

"Very good location near the Green Park tube station. Young man at the front desk (there each of the three days we stayed) was phenomenal. Older building ( with all that implies) but well kept up. Some street noise at night, and no A/C, but temperature was manageable. Liked our stay."
